Cygnet Restaurant has set the bar for elegant yet relaxed dining in Beverly Farms for over 15 years. It has been a social hub, and a staple for top tier service in the community. Now under new ownership, Cygnet will strive to bring an even more elevated level of service paired with enticing cuisine, while maintaining its tradition of coziness.
Steve and Marla Martin hope to build on the tradition that Cygnet’s previous owner started and welcome both regulars and newcomers alike to experience the warm and inviting atmosphere that has always been Cygnet’s trademark quality. Marla hopes to improve on this experience by adding her own restaurant savvy, which she has honed over 18 years in the industry. Marla has worked in almost every position, from server to upper level management at renowned restaurants such as the Capital Grille. She and her husband Steve are passionate about transforming Cygnet into a destination spot in the North Shore and beyond for astounding cuisine and service.
Since their purchase of Cygnet in November of 2017, Steve and Marla have appointed a new executive chef who has designed a sophisticated and delicious new menu with precisely curated dishes such as our Grilled Filet Mignon of Beef, Braised Lamb Shank, and our Pan Seared Sea Scallops, just to name a few. They have begun to renovate the dining and bar areas, and re-trained their staff to provide the best service possible. In the upcoming months they hope to make even more improvements, like introducing a revamped wine list with an even greater variety of fine wines to choose from.
